Ingredients 

• 60 ml (1/4 cup) dairy milk or plant-based alternative
• 40 g (1/4 cup) semi-sweet dark chocolate chips
• 30 g (2 Tbsp) mixed chopped nuts, including almonds, hazelnuts, and pistachios
• 1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
• 1 packet of air-dried millet noodles
• 750 ml water

Directions 

• Boil 750 ml of water. Add entire pack of millet noodles, cook for 8 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water.
• Microwave dark chocolate chips + milk for 1 min, stir to make choco syrup.
• Pour choco syrup into a hot pan, bring to a gentle boil, add noodles, and sauté 1 min.
• Garnish with mixed nuts & fresh mint.
• Serve hot for comfort or chilled for refreshment.
